Buying a home in Worli or Prabhadevi should be the most considered purchase of your life. Instead it runs on WhatsApp forwards, quoted rates no one can verify, and areas measured in a "super built-up" fiction that inflates every number. Two identical flats can be advertised twenty per cent apart, and neither price is anchored to anything real.
Carpet & Key exists to end that. Every home on our platform has been physically visited, professionally photographed in-house, and priced on the registered consideration divided by the carpet area — the figure the government records when the deal is actually signed. We publish the building's full record alongside it: price history, encumbrances, and RERA status. The honest picture, not the sales pitch.
