NRI questions, answered
Can I buy without flying to Mumbai?
Yes. With a registered Power of Attorney, the desk can represent you through viewing, diligence, negotiation and registration. Many NRI clients complete without travel.
How do repatriation and TDS work?
Sale proceeds up to prescribed limits are repatriable from an NRO account, subject to taxes and documentation. A 1% TDS applies on purchases above ₹50 lakh. We coordinate the paperwork with your CA — this is guidance, not tax advice.
Which currencies and accounts can I use?
Purchases are settled in INR via NRE/NRO banking channels. We help structure the flow with your banker so funds and future repatriation stay clean.
Regulatory guidance is general and not legal or tax advice; we work alongside your CA and banker.
